Day 1: Nairobi -Amboseli National Park 

Your guide will pick you from your hotel in Nairobi, offer a safari briefing, and then start your journey to Amboseli. You will arrive in Amboseli in time for lunch. Proceed for game drive till sunset. Amboseli is one of the best places in Africa to see the elephants and more of the African big five animals. You will continue with the game drive till evening and later return to the Lodge, for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: A Full Day exploring Amboseli National Park

After your breakfast, we leave with picnic lunches and head out to the park once again. Amboseli National Park is home of the African elephant. One of the best places to see magical views of the highest mountain in Africa, Kilimanjaro. This wildlife park offers a photographer’s dream shot of a herd of elephants grazing with the background of the snow-capped mountain in the background. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Amboseli National Park – Aberdare National Park

Have an early morning breakfast, and the last game drive in Amboseli, hopefully, a last glance of the stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro as we exit the park. Drive to Aberdare National Park. We will arrive at the lodge in the afternoon, where we can relax and enjoy the magical views of the park from our hotel balcony. Dinner and overnight will be at the Ark Lodge or equivalent

Day 4: Aberdare National Park – Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast at the lodge and head off to the Aberdare National Park for a game drive as you head to Samburu. Aberdare National Park is characterized by picturesque forested ravines. The wildlife that is found here includes black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, rare sightings of the bongo, golden cat, giant forest hog, African wildcat, and more.

Later we shall exit the park and head to Samburu National Reserve, arriving in the evening at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Samburu National Reserve Morning And Evening  Game Drive

The day is spent exploring the game reserve. Samburu National Reserve is rich in wildlife with fame for abundance in rare northern specialist species such as the Gravy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, and the Beisa Oryx, also referred as Samburu Special five. The reserve is also popular with a minimum of 900 elephants. Return to the lodge for lunch. Little siesta. Proceed for evening game drive till sunset. Optional activity for local people at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Samburu National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast at the lodge and one last game drive at the Samburu National park as we head to Lake Nakuru. The journey to Lake Nakuru is scenic and enriching. We have a stop-over at the stunning Thompson falls in Nyahururu. We proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, a bird paradise. It is one of the greatest parks in Kenya. The pink flamingoes cover the shores, though their numbers have decreased due to the increased water levels. There is more wildlife found here. The afternoon is spent at leisure or with a short game drive depending on the time you arrive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 7: Lake Nakuru National Park- Lake Naivasha (Hell’s Gate National Park)

You will have a last game drive at the Lake Nakuru National Park. The wildlife viewing here is spectacular. You shall have really close encounters with the wildlife here. Lake Nakuru is a sanctuary for some of the endangered wildlife like the rare Rothschild’s giraffe, the white rhinos, and more. They can all be seen along the lakeshore. Later we will exit the park and proceed to Lake Naivasha. The afternoon is spent at leisure at the Sawela lodge or doing optional activities.

Day 8: Lake Naivasha (Hell’s Gate National Park) – Maasai Mara National Park

You shall have an early bird morning and head out for a safari at the Hell’s Gate National Park. Enjoy the spectacular landscape as the sun rises. See the dramatic landscape of the Great Rift valley escarpment as you head out to Maasai Mara. Arrive at the Maasai Mara National Park for an afternoon game drive. This one of Kenya’s popular parks, with a high concentration of wildlife and home to the big five and big cats in Africa. Dinner and overnight shall be at the  Lodge.

Day 9: Full day at the Maasai Mara

A Kenya safari in Maasai Mara will typically have a full day of wildlife viewing. After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of game viewing extravaganza within the reserve. This reserve offers a varied wildlife experience, from the large numbers of wildlife to the scenic and stunning savannah Maasai plains, to the Maasai culture experience. Depending on your timing, you may also witness the wildebeest migration at the Mara River to look for greener pastures in Maasai Mara take place between July to October. You will have your picnic lunch in the park and continue with your game viewing with more of the big five and the lesser-known game encounters till sunset. You have an optional activity of visiting a Masai Village at an extra cost of 10 $ per person and Hot Air Balloon Ride $430 per person. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Masai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast check out, and go for a short game drive in Maasai Mara, where you have a chance the spot wildlife for the last time. Later leave Maasai Mara via Narok arriving in Nairobi in the evening, drop of at the hotel or be transferred to airport. You will depart Africa with wonderful wild memories of your Kenya safari that will last you a lifetime.
