Day 2 : OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY – LAKE NAKURU
Your day will start with a morning game drive after the sumptuous breakfast. Later you will proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, via the Thomson’s falls, where you have a chance to witness more of the rich diversity of a Kenya safari. You will arrive in Lake Nakuru in time for a hot lunch. The pink flamingos covering Lake Nakuru National Park, welcome you to this stunning lake, which is one of the best in East Africa. There are over 400 species of birds in Lake Nakuru, among them, the grebes, tiny avocets, pelicans, and cormorants. The inhabitants of this lake are many, including the black and white rhinos, hyenas, zebras, lions, impalas, the Rothschild giraffes, buffalos, and many more. You can decide to relax at your lodge or take a swim. Dinner and overnight shall be at Lake Nakuru Lodge or the Sarova Woodlands Hotel.
